Sigma Theta Psi is proud to have Breast Cancer Awareness as our philanthropy. As an organization, we are committed to educating our campus and local communities about Breast Cancer. Our chapter organizes two events during the academic year, Culture Shock and Think Pink, we also put on multiple carnation donation tabling in order to educate while raising money for a great cause. All the proceeds from these events are donated to the Young Survivors Coalition (YSC), which is dedicated to helping the youth community diagnosed with breast cancer. YSC ensures that no young woman faces breast cancer alone by providing local support and services.
